This months SK will be held in:

Unity House
308 8th Street
Troy NY 12180

Serving: 37 meals insha Allah

It will be on April 24th from 10am - 1pm insha Allah. All community members are welcome to come and help out. BUT you need to signup on this website to assure we have enough volunteers to run this blessed operation.

Volunteers like you are vital to the running of this organization, We are also volunteers, and together we can get things done as a community insha Allah. Societies are just a gathering of individuals working towards one cause. For us it is for the sake of Allah insha Allah.

May Allah bless us with righteous intentions and beautiful aspirations ameen.

Bismillah, May Allah reward you all for your fasting the month of Ramadan. now is the opportunity to serve those who are in need of food you stayed away from during Ramadan... instead of binging on oreos in the afternoon :)

Why: To please Allah and to get into Jannah insha Allah
What: package and serve 178 meals with your Muslim Brothers and Sisters and spend time with those who need a listening ear.

Please devote your time for the sake of Allah to serve those who need your time and efforts, Allah is the one to accept, but without us trying we cannot receive His mercy. We have to be merciful to others and Allah will be merciful to us, and He is always the Most Merciful at all times to all people.

I have started to create a website on which I will document all the items I have about the MSKP from when I started insha Allah. This will require core volunteers to also document and participate in editing and adding content to make this a resource for anyone in the world who is desiring to begin their own MSKP in their locality.

By the will of God, we will be helping out at the:

Where: Regional Food Bank of Northeastern New York
965 Albany-Shaker Road, Latham NY

When: September 27th, 11am to 1.

What: We will be helping out the Food bank in various tasks they need volunteers for. Come volunteer with your brothers and sisters!

Why: For the sake of Allah!! Get extra kudos during Ramadhan!

What you need to bring? A good intention and a pair of hands! And a friend!!
